ABR反应器—生物接触氧化系统短程硝化反硝化脱氮除磷性能研究

摘    要:以ABR反应器+生物接触氧化回流+CASS反应器组成的短程硝化反硝化系统处理生活污水,探讨其脱氮除磷的最佳运行参数,为提高生活污水净化处理效果提供依据。结果表明,在常温22~25℃,ABR反应器HRT为4h;生物接触氧化池的溶解氧浓度为0.2~0.5mg/L,HRT为3h,污水回流比为2∶1;CASS池的溶解氧浓度为1.5~2.0mg/L,运行周期为4h的条件下,该系统对生活污水的处理效果为:COD去除率达90%以上,氨氮去除率达90%以上,总磷去除率达70%以上。

Abstract:A shortcut nitrification-denitrification system was used in the present study to treat domestic sewage for investigating the optimum operational parameters for nitrogen denitrification and phosphorus removal reaction and providing a basis for improving domestic sewage purification system.This system was consisted of anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR),bio-contact oxidation and CASS reactor.We have identified the best operation parameter of the system,which are as follows: the suitable temperature was between 22-25℃,the fit time of HRT of ABR was 4 h;the concentration of deliquescent oxygen in bio-contact oxidation device was between 0.2-0.5mg / L,while HRT was 3 h,the ratio of domestic sewage refluence was 2∶1.Under the conditions for 1.5-2.0mg / L of deliquescent oxygen in CASS and 4 h of operation period,the effects of system on domestic sewage were as follows: the removal rate of COD,nitrogen and phosphorus was over 90%,and that of total phosphorus was over 70%.
