摘    要:以50%乙醇为溶剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定芒果叶提取物中芒果苷的含量。结果表明,芒果苷在319nm波长处有最大吸收峰,且峰形一致,无杂峰干扰;经线性关系考察,在5~50μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R^2=0.9968);检测过程稳定性在2h以内。与HPLC法比较,该方法具有快速、简便、准确、重现性好等优点,可用于实际生产中芒果苷含量测定。

Abstract:Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the mangiferin content in alcohol(50%) extract of mango leaves.The maximum absorbance of mangiferin was recorded at the wavelength of 319 nm,without any other peaks.In the range of 5-50 μg/mL,the linear relation of the linear equation was found significant(R^2=0.9968).The stable time of mangiferin determination was 2 h.As compared to HPLC method,the method used in this research was simple,quick,accurate,reliable and reproducible,and could be used to determine the mangiferin content in mango leaf extract.
