广西现代农作物种业科技发展现状与对策

【目的】探索提升广西农作物种业科技创新能力的路径,为农作物种业工作者提供参考,以加快广西现代农作物种业发展。【方法】分析广西农作物种业科技发展现状、科技创新的有利条件及存在问题,并提出提升广西农作物种业科技创新能力的对策。【结果】广西农作物科研育种成果显著、科研创新能力不断提高,广西农作物种业科技创新拥有优越的自然条件、丰富的种质资源、较强的区位优势、较好的技术创新技术等有利条件,但也存在种质资源创新不足、未能有效共享,同质化品种多、突破性品种少,种子企业规模小、实力弱、市场竞争力不强,基础性研究薄弱、创新体系建设有待加强等问题。【建议】应加快出台扶持政策,强化种业基础性、公益性研究,引导推动种业科研机构优化资源、整合发展,提升种业企业科技创新能力,以提升广西农作物种业科技创新能力,促进广西农业进一步发展。

Technology development status and innovation strategies of Guangxi modern crop seed industry

【Objective】New ways of improving technology innovation ability of crop seed industry were explored to provide references for relevant practitioners to advance modern crop seed industry development in Guangxi. 【Method】The current status, existing problems and favorable conditions of developing modern crop seed industry were analyzed, based on which corresponding strategies were put forward. 【Result】 Along with the continuous improvement of innovation ability, remarkable achievements were shown in scientific breeding. Superior natural conditions, rich germplasm resources, great position advantage and good innovation ability all created a beneficial environment for improving crop seed technology innovation. However, there were a series of problems including non-efficient sharing,insufficient breeds, small seed firms with poor competitiveness, weak basic research and imperfect innovation systems.【Suggestion】To enhance innovation ability of seed firms and the whole modern seed industry, attention should be paid to introducing supporting policies, carrying out more research and adjusting seed research institutions.
