江黄颡鱼鱼苗与雌雄亲鱼肌肉脂肪酸组成分析

摘    要:采用常规的化学分析方法结合气相色谱-质谱法检测江黄颡鱼鱼苗、雌雄亲鱼肌肉脂肪酸的组成与含量变化,以期为优化江黄颡鱼的饲料配制和饲养方式、提高其产量和品质提供理论依据.结果显示:江黄颡鱼鱼苗、雌性和雄性鱼的不饱和脂肪酸(UFA)含量是63.00%~69.00%,饱和脂肪酸(SFA)含量是31.00%~37.00%;在鱼苗、雌雄性亲鱼肌肉中平均含量最高的脂肪酸依次是:C16:0、C18:In-9、C18:0、C16:1、C22:6n-3、C22:5n-3、C18:3n-3.江黄颡鱼鱼苗、雌性和雄性亲鱼中不饱和脂肪酸(UFA)的含量高于饱和脂肪酸(SFA)的含量;江黄颡鱼在代谢不同生长时期,是以饱和脂肪酸和短不饱和脂肪酸为代谢能量的主要来源;鱼苗和亲鱼的肌肉脂肪酸组成种类相同.

Abstract:The fatty acid composition and content in muscle of fry, female and male parent fishes (Pelteobagrus vachelli) were analyzed by chemical method and GC-MS to provide basis for optimizing the feed preparation, raising method and enhancing the yield and quality.
