摘    要:环境激素是指干扰动物与人体正常内分泌机能的外源性化学物质。2007~2008年对广西主要水产养殖品种罗非鱼、对虾、文蛤、牡蛎重金属类环境激素Hg(甲基汞)、Pb、Cd残留含量进行了调查监测。结果表明,Hg、Pb、Cd均有检出,检出率为20%~100%;罗非鱼、南美白对虾、文蛤的3项重金属指标均无超标样品,合格率100%;牡蛎有1个样品出现Cd残留超标,该项指标超标率5%。而风险评估表明,广西主要水产养殖品种食用安全是有保障的。

Abstract:The present study was conduced to investigate and monitor the heavy metal residues, Hg (methylmercury), Pb, and Cd] in the major aquaculture species, viz., Tilapia nilotica, Penaeus vanuamei, Meretrix meretrix, and oysters in Guangxi during 2007 to 2008. The results showed 20%-100% detection rates for Hg, Pb and Cd in aquaculture species. The results showed a qualified rate of 100% for heavy metals in Tilapia nilotica, Penaeus vannamei, and Meretrix meretrix. But the residue of Cd in oysters was exceeded with a rate of 5%. The risk assessment results showed that the safety of aquaculture products under artificial euhure is guaranteed.
