紫茎泽兰对乳浆大戟的化感作用研究

摘    要:【目的】为防除乳浆大戟提供理论参考,也为紫茎泽兰新型仿生农药先导化合物的开发和利用奠定基础。【方法】以化感性强的紫茎泽兰和乳浆大戟为供、受体材料,利用培养皿滤纸法研究不同部位和不同浓度紫茎泽兰水浸提液对乳浆大戟种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。【结果】紫茎泽兰水浸提液对乳浆大戟种子的萌发和幼苗生长均有显著抑制作用,其对种子萌发的抑制作用与水浸提液浓度和生长部位无关;紫茎泽兰水浸提液对乳浆大戟种子萌发幼苗的影响是抑制其胚根和胚芽生长,且对胚根的抑制作用明显强于对胚芽。【结论】乳浆大戟种子萌发和幼苗生长受紫茎泽兰影响较大,需通过进一步对紫茎泽兰水溶物化学成分进行分析,并找出影响乳浆大戟的物质成分及浓度,实现“以草治草”的目的。

Abstract:Objective]The present experiment was conducted to study the allelopathic effects of Eupatoriam adenophorum on Euphorbia esula L. in order to control the spread of Euphorbia esula L., and lay a foundation for the development and utilization of the new type agricultural chemicals simulating pesticide of the Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng. Method ]The water extracts of Eupatonum adenophorum Spreng was used to treat Euphorbia esula L. seeds in petri dishes using filter paper method. The germination rate and seedling growth of Euphorbia esula L. were investigated. Result]Water extracts of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng showed significant inhibitory effect on the germination and seedling growth of Euphorbia esula L. Water extract of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng inhibited Euphorbia esula L. by inhibiting the growth of radicle and embryo. The inhibitory effects were more pronounced on the radicle compared to embryo. Conclusion]The seed germination and seedling growth of Euphorbia esula L. were significandy influenced by water extracts of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng. It needs to further evaluate the biological control properties of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng.
