| 摘 要： | 桃拉综合症病毒（Taura Syndrome Virus，TSV）是对虾养殖业危害较严重的病毒之一。应用RT—PCR技术，对2004～2008年在宁波地区收集的1201份南美白对虾样品进行TSV检测，旨在调查了解该地区TSV的流行情况，为科学防控该病的发生提供参考。结果表明，被检样品中，44份样品呈现阳性结果，总阳性率为3．66％，且2004～2008年南美自对虾TSV阳性检出率呈逐年降低的趋势。可见，宁波地区南美白对虾桃拉综合症已得到有效防制。 |

| Abstract: | Taura syndrome virus （TSV） is one of the important viruses that affect Penaeus vannami severely and interferes with the breeding programs. In the present study, 1201 Penaeus vannami samples were collected from Ningbo inshore from 2004 to 2008. All the samples were analyzed for the detection of TSV using RT-PCR to work out the prevalent situation of TSV and provide the suggestion for control and prevention of TSV incidence. Out of 1201 samples analyzed, 44 samples were found to be positive with rate of 3.36%. It was also observed that the occurrence of TSV in samples decreased continuously from 2004 to 2008 due to the control measures applied showing the effectiveness of control measures on tanra syndrome of Penaeus vannami in Ningbo inshore. |
