摘    要:以苦瓜种子为对象,研究不同的老化温度和时间条件对种子发芽的影响,旨在筛选出适宜苦瓜种子的加速老化处理条件,探讨建立用加速老化法测定苦瓜种子活力及耐贮性的操作标准。结果表明,随着老化温度的提高和老化时间的延长,苦瓜种子的发芽率呈下降趋势,与CK(100%)相比,45℃处理效果最为显著,处理144h后发芽率下降到53%,41℃处理效果最差,处理144h后发芽率仍达到85%;发芽速度和整齐度随着老化温度和时间的增加而降低。本试验结果表明,45℃处理144h为苦瓜种子加速老化的适宜处理条件。

Abstract:Seeds of Momordica charantia were subjected to accelerate aging test (AA test) under different conditions to verify the optimal AA test condition. The result demonstrated that the germination rate declined associated with the increase of aging temperature and duration. After aging under 45℃ for 144 h, the germination rate decreased to 53%, while those of the control was 100%. However, seeds aged under 41℃ for 144h remained relatively high germination rate of 85%. Both germination rate and uniformity were reduced after aging. This experiment indicated that 45℃ and 144 h could be the optimal AA test condition for M. charantia seeds.
