摘    要:【目的】建立杨梅树皮提取物中总黄酮含量的快速分析方法。【方法】以芦丁为标准品,利用紫外分光光度法对杨梅树皮提取物中总黄酮类物质进行测定。【结果】用紫外分光光度法测定时,在其最大吸收峰417nm处测得标准品在0~20.40μg/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9996),平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=1.69%。【结论】以AlCl3作显色剂的紫外分光光度法测定杨梅树皮提取物中黄酮类物质重复性、精密度及稳定性良好,回收率高,且操作简便,可作为杨梅树皮总黄酮提取工艺质量控制的一种检测手段。

Abstract:Objective]A method for quick analysis of flavonoids in the bark extract of Myrica rubra was developed.Method]The flavonoid contents in the bark extract of Myrica rubra were determined by UV spectrophotometry using Rutin as standard sample.Result]The linear relation of the control(standard sample) was within the range of 0-20.4 μg/mL at the maximum wavelength of 417 nm(R2=0.9996) .The average recovery was 99.7% and the RSD was 1.69%.Conclusion]The developed method was simple,accurate,stable and had good reproducibility for analyzing flavonoids using AlCl3 as coloring agent and may be used to determine the flavonoids in the bark extract of Myrica rubra.
