广西桑树品种资源材料对赤锈病的抗性鉴定

摘    要:【目的】测定广西桑树品种资源材料对赤锈病的抗性水平,为育种部门提供抗性材料。【方法】采用涂抹法和覆盖法接种桑赤锈病病菌,鉴定7个桑树品种资源材料对赤锈病的抗性;同时,对桑园赤锈病田间自然发病情况进行调查。【结果】测定的7个桑树品种材料均发病,其中伦教40发病相对较轻,其余6个品种发病较重。不同年份、季节、地势的桑树品种材料赤锈病发生程度不同;4月上旬为赤锈病始发期,10~11月为发生高峰期;旱坡地桑树赤锈病发病较轻,水田、低洼地发病较重。【结论】伦教40赤锈病发病较轻,抗病能力较强,可作为抗性育种中间材料或亲本加以利用。

Abstract:Objective]The present study was conducted to verify the red rust resistance in different mulberry varieties in Guangxi in order to provide resistant materials for mulberry disease resistant varieties breeding programs. Method]Both, the smearing and covering methods were used to identify the resistance of 7 mulberry varieties through artificial inoculation of the red rust pathogen. The status of natural incidences of red rust in mulberry field was also investigated. Result]All the tested varieties were found infected by the disease, and the variety Lunjiao 40 was found to have relatively lower diseased index, while the other 6 varieties were found seriously affected with the disease. The incidence of mulberry red rust differed in different years, seasons and geographical areas of mulberry production. Red rust was found happening initially in the first 10-day of Apr, and reaching peak period from Oct to Nov. Higher incidences of mulberry red rust disease were found to occur in areas where mulberry was planted in paddy field and low-lying land, while relatively lower incidences were observed in dry slope areas. Conclusion]The mulberry variety Lunjiao 40 was found to possess resistance against the red rust disease and may be recommended as an intermediate material or parent in disease resistance breeding programs.
