广西木薯诱导开花结实及发芽试验研究初报

摘    要:在广西南宁立地条件下,以正常排灌的土壤疏松条件为对照,开展以水制土制肥调节植株营养等为手段的诱导木薯开花结实及促进种子发芽等相关研究。结果表明,华南5号木薯经短暂淹水致土壤板结和短暂渍水致土壤板结处理,每株坐果数分别比对照增加20.3和18.5粒;通过淹水和渍水处理,使木薯植株体内氮素水平降低,氮素含量分别比对照低37.26%、30.79%;有效提高叶片的C,N比,淹水处理、渍水处理分别为19.71、17.70,比对照11.56高出8.15和6.14;所获杂交种子,经特殊处理催芽,发芽率达20%-60%,而常规处理尚未获得正常发芽的植株。研究内容可为广西木薯杂交育种提供技术借鉴。

Abstract:An experiment has been conducted to study the effects of soil compaction imposed by short-term water flooding and water logging on seed germination, flowering and seed setting in cassava. The results showed that under soil compaction conditions caused by short-term water flooding and water logging, the seed setting number per plant increased by 20.3 and 18.5, respectively, in variety SC 5 as compared to the control loose soil. Under short-term flooding and waterlogged conditions, the nitrogen content in cassava plant decreased by 37.26% and 30.79%, respectively; while the ratio of carbon to nitrogen in leaves increased significantly, which was 19.71 and 17.07, and increased by 8.15 and 6.14 percent, respectively, compared to the control. When the hybrid seed of cassava varieties SC5, SC8 and Guijingyin 983 were pre-germinated, the germination rates of hybrid seed was found to be 20%-60% compared to 5%-25% in conventional treatment.
