糖厂滤泥、酒精发酵液对蔗田土壤微生物数量的影响研究

摘    要:利用尼龙网袋混装填埋法,研究糖厂滤泥、酒精发酵液对蔗田土壤微生物数量的影响。结果表明,处理后1个月,滤泥和洒精发酵液处理土壤细菌总数均达到最大值;处理后2个月,滤泥处理土壤放线菌总数达到最大值,处理后3个月,酒精发酵液处理土壤放线菌总数达到最大值;处理后3个月,滤泥和酒精发酵液处理土壤丝状真菌总数均达到最大值。两种有机物料在处理后12个月,土壤细菌、放线菌和丝状真菌总数分别高出基础土样4.6、617.9、279.8倍和8.4、242.9、82.8倍,差异达极显著水平。说明糖厂滤泥、酒精发酵液对提高蔗田土壤微生物数量有显著的促进作用。

Abstract:The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of filter mud and vinasse on the quantity of soft microorganism in sugarcane field through mixed landfill using nylon mesh bag in soil. The results showed that the total bacterial quantity in soil reached the maximum in one month after treatment with filter mud and vinasse. After two months and three months, the total actinomycetes quantity in soil treated with filter mud and vinasse reached the maximum, respectively. After three months, the total filamentous fungi quantity in soil treated with filter mud and vinasse reached the maximum. The total quantities of bacteria, actinomycetes and filamentous fungi in treated soil was 4.6, 617.9, 279.8, times and 8.4, 242.9, 82.8 times significantly higher than that of base soil, respectively. These results indicated that filter mud and vinasse had significant effect on improving quantity of soil microorganism in sugarcane field.
