五种常用药物对江黄颡鱼幼鱼的毒性试验

在pH7．6、溶氧为5mg／L以上、21-26℃的静水条件下，采用生物毒性试验方法进行高锰酸钾、福尔马林、食盐、硫酸铜、敌百虫等5种常用药物对江黄颡鱼幼鱼的急性毒性试验。结果显示，各药物的24hLC30、48hLC50、SC分别为：高锰酸钾5．49、5．18、1．39mg／L；福尔马林63．15、59．54、15．95mg／L；食盐9436、8945、2418mg／L；硫酸铜1．87、1．81、0．51mg／L；敌百虫5．74、5．00、1．14mg／L。依据各药物对江黄颡鱼幼鱼48hLC撤大小排列，其毒性大小依次为：硫酸铜〉敌百虫〉高锰酸钾〉福尔马林〉食盐；各药物对江黄颡鱼幼鱼SC大小依次为：硫酸铜〈敌百虫〈高锰酸钾〈福尔马林〈食盐。

Identifying toxicity of five commonly used drugs on Pseudobagrus vachelli fry

The toxic effects of five commonly used drugs to Pseudobagrus vachelli fry was tested in plastic basin having 21-26℃ water temperature, 7.6 pH and over 5 mg/L of dissolved oxygen. Different concentrations of five drugs, viz., potassium permanganate, formalin, salt, copper sulfate, and dipterex were used using bio-toxicity method. The median lethal concentration（LC50）at 24 and 48 h and the safe concentration （SC） were found as follows： 5.49, 5.18, and 1.39 mg/L for potassium permanganate; 63.15, 59.54, and 15.95 mg/L for formalin, 9436, 8945, and 2418 mg/L for salt; 1.87, 1.81, and 0.51 mg/L for copper sulfate; 5.74, 5.00, and 1.14 mg/L for dipterex. According to the effects of LC50 of drugs on Pseudobagrus vachelli fry at 48 h, the descending order of drug toxicity observed is as follows： copper sulfate〉dipterex〉potassium permanganate〉formalin〉sah; and the order of safe concentration of different drugs on Pseudobagrus vachelli fry was： copper sulfate〈diptercx〈potassium permanganate〈formalin〈salt.
