杂交节水抗旱稻新组合旱优113号的选育与应用

摘    要:目的]培育杂交节水抗旱稻,为水稻的高产、稳产提供品种选择.方法]利用节水抗旱不育系沪旱11A与抗旱恢复系旱恢3号进行配组选育获得旱优113号,2007年在广西、上海进行多点品比试验,并进行稻瘟病、白叶枯病及抗旱性鉴定;2010~2011年在广西、四川、湖北、上海等地不同生态区域进行示范试验,2010~2011年参加上海节水抗旱稻生产试验.结果]旱优113号熟期适宜,株叶型适中,分蘖力中等,根系发达,茎秆粗壮;后期青秆黄熟,转色极好;有效穗270.0万/ha,每穗粒数162粒,结实率85.0%,千粒重28.0g.旱优113号在广西早稻种植,中感稻瘟病和白叶枯病;抗旱系数为1.27,抗旱性为3级,属于抗旱.2010年在广西南宁和岑溪两地作早稻种植,产量分别为7653.00和8293.50kg/ha,比特优63(CK)分别增产4.69%和5.71%;2011年在南宁扩大示范种植,产量为8361.00 kg/ha,比特优63(CK)增产7.04%.2012年参加广西早稻区域试验,平均产量7749.00kg/ha,比特优63(CK)增产6.32%.20 1 1年分别在湖北、四川等地种植,产量分别为9513.00、8196.00和6790.50kg/ha,2010~2011年参加上海节水抗旱稻生产试验,平均产量9222.15 kg/ha,比对照旱优3号平均增产4.51%.2012年4月通过上海市农作物品种审定委员会审定.结论]旱优1 13号具有丰产性好、适应性广、节水抗旱、高产优质、便于轻型栽培等特点,可在长江流域作中稻和华南大部分地区作早稻种植.

Abstract:Objective]Breeding water-saving and drought-resistant hybrid rice variety was conducted to provide varieties selection for rice with high and stable yield.Method]Hanyou 113,a new combination from Huhan 11 A crossed with restorer line Hanhui 3 was produced and tested for its resistance against rice blast,bacterial blight,and drought in Guangxi,Sichuan,Hubei and Shanghai.In 2010-2011,Hanyou 113 was involved in Shanghai water-saving and drought-resistant rice experiment.Result]Hanyou 113 had the characteristics of appropriate maturity,moderate plant tyre,moderate tillering ability,strong root system,and stout stems.In late stage,its green stalk turned satisfactorily yellow.The effective ear was 270.0 ten thousand/ha.The seed setting rate was 85.0% with 1000-grain-weight of 28.0 g.Hanyou 113,planted in Guangxi as early rice,was moderately susceptible to rice blast and bacterial blight and drought resistant coefficient of 1.27 (drought resistant grade:Ⅲ).The yield of Hanyou 113,planted in Nanning and Cenxi as early rice,was 7653.00 and 8293.50 kg/ha reyional trial of early rice in extended in extended planting,increased by 4.69% and 5.71% compared to Teyou 63 (CK).In 2011,Hanyou 113 snowed yield of 8361.00 kg/ha,increased by 7.04% compared to Teyou 63 (CK).In the 2012 Guangxi reyional trial of early rice in extended in extended planting,its average yield was 7749.00 kg/ha,increased by 6.32% compared to Teyou 63 (CK).In 2011,the yield in Sichuan,Hubei and other places was 9513.00,8196.00 and 6790.50 kg/ha.In the 2010-2011,Shanghai water-saving and drought-resistant rice production experiment,its average yield was 9222.15 kg/ha,increased by 4.51% compared to Hanvou 3 (CK).Hanyou 113 was certified and registrated by Shanghai Committee for Crop Variety Registration in April,2012.Conclusion]Hanyou 113,due to its traits of water-saving,drought resistance,high-yield,good quality,convenient cuhivation and wide adaptability,could be promoted as an early rice cultivar in most regions of South China and as a semilate rice cultivar in Yangtze valley.
