| 摘 要： | 以华南忍冬组培苗、扦插苗植株的幼嫩枝条为插条，分别探讨不同生长素（IBA、NAA）以及不同比例河沙、菜园土混合基质对组培苗插条生根的影响，并比较组培苗、扦插苗植株的插条生根和移栽的差异。结果表明，100mg／LIBA、75mg／L NAA溶液浸泡组培苗插条基部30min，均可提高插条的主根、须根数和主根长度，以100mg／LIBA的效果较好。菜园土作为扦插基质较好，插条生根率高，插条移栽较易成活并在后期生长较好。与扦插苗对比，组培苗植株插条的主根、须根多，主根长适宜，生根率较高，因而移栽易成活，成活率为100％。因此，华南忍冬组培苗枝条可作为扦插繁殖的插条来源，从而解决种苗繁殖难的问题并满足生产上大规模栽培对种苗的需求。
