海拔高度与烟叶化学成分的相关分析

摘    要:在云南烟区海拔1700~2200m范围内,对烟叶主要化学成分与海拔高度之间的相关性进行分析,结果表明:不同部位烟叶的化学成分与海拔高度表现为不同的相关性。不同部位烟叶总糖和还原糖含量与海拔高度呈负相关,其相关性大小为中部>下部>上部;其中,下部烟叶总糖含量与海拔高度呈显著负相关,中部烟叶总糖和还原糖含量与海拔高度呈极显著负相关。不同部位烟叶烟碱含量与海拔高度相关性大小为中部>下部>上部,其中,下部烟叶和中部烟叶烟碱含量与海拔高度达到显著正相关。不同部位烟叶含钾量与海拔高度呈正相关,其中,上部烟叶含钾量与海拔高度的相关性达到极显著水平。不同部位烟叶含氯量与海拔高度相关性不显著。

Abstract:The correlations between altitudes and chemical constituents in leaves of tobacco were analyzed within the altitude of 1,700-2,200 m in Yunnan Province,and the results showed that there were different correlations between altitudes and chemical constituents in different parts of tobacco leaves.The correlation between total sugar and reducing sugar with altitudes was negative.The correlation sequencing in different parts of leaves was that the middle leaf at first,then the upper leaf and lower leaf.The correlation between total sugar content in lower portion leaf and altitude reached significant level and that of total sugar and reducing sugar content with altitudes in middle leaves reached highly significant level.The close correlation of nicotine content in different parts of tobacco leaves and altitude was middle leaf at first,then lower leaf and upper leaf,and nicotine content in the lower and middle leaves was significantly and positivly correlated with altitude.There were positive correlation between the potassium content in different parts of tobacco leaf and altitude,and the potassium content in lower leaf was significantly and positivly correlated with altitude.There was no significant correlation between chlorine content in different parts of tobacco leaves and altitude.
