油茶资源研究利用现状及其展望

油茶是我国特有的抗逆型木本食用油料树种，也是世界四大木本油料作物之一。其肉质果实、肉质叶片具有很高的营养和药用价值；种仁富含油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸等不饱和脂肪酸，制成茶油可与橄榄油媲美；茶粕富含茶皂素、茶籽多糖、茶籽蛋白等多种成分，是生物医药、生物农药、生物饲料、化工、轻工等多个行业的重要原料；油茶壳可制成糠醛、木糖醇、活性炭等产品。油茶在制取新药、生态建设及扶贫开发等方面也具有良好的开发前景。今后应重点加强油茶引种试验、抗性试验、高效栽培、茶籽油深加工和精制技术的研究，为油茶资源的高效利用提供依据。
