青天葵球茎快繁组培技术研究

摘    要:以青天葵地下球茎作为外植体,探讨不同激素组合(6-BA、NAA)、培养基等对青天葵根状茎、球茎诱导或增殖的影响,以获得适合球茎繁殖的再生体系。结果表明,青天葵根状茎诱导培养基以MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L为宜,根状茎的诱导率可达60%;根状茎增殖培养基以MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+10%椰子汁为宜,增殖系数可达5.0;球茎诱导培养基以1/2MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+10%椰子汁+0.1%活性炭最佳,诱导系数为4.0。采用直径大于1cm的球茎进行移栽,球茎发芽早、发芽率高,出苗较为整齐。

Abstract:In this experiment, corm of Nervilia fordii was used as explant to study the effects of different hormone combinations (6-BA and NAA) and media on the induction or proliferation of rhizome and corm and establish the regeneration system of propagation for corm. The results showed that the optimum medium for the induction of rhizome was MS+ 2.0mg/L 6-BA+ 0.5mg/L NAA with 60% induction rate in rhizomes.
