牧草型木豆筛选试验初报

摘    要:通过对37份牧草型木豆材料的农艺性状和品质性状进行调查及相关性分析,结果表明:7份材料的出苗率较对照的高,大部分材料的成活率达100%,平均株高变幅为114.4~178.6cm,主茎分枝数变化为8.0~24.8条;生物产量变化为1235.2~21439.3kg/hm2,除ICP 14145和ICPL 20092外,其余材料生物产量均高于对照品种;百粒重变化在7.10~18.60g之间,嫩枝叶含水量变化在71.14%~80.37%之间。此外,不同参试材料的单宁含量、蛋白质与可溶性总糖含量变化较大。相关性分析结果表明,牧草型木豆的生物产量与出苗率、株高、含水量呈极显著正相关,与单宁含量、蛋白质含量呈极显著负相关,与百粒重呈显著负相关。因此,根据不同育种要求,注意对不同性状进行优先选择,选择植株高大、粒型小、出苗率高的木豆材料,较易获高产量,但须注意与枝叶品质的协调。

Abstract:In the experiment,agronomic traits and quality traits of 37 forage type pigeon pea materials were investigated and their correlations were analyzed.The results showed that the emergence rates of seven pigeon pea materials were higher than the control,the survival rate of most materials were up to 100%,the average plant height varied from 114.4 to 178.6cm,and the primary branches of main stem varied from 8 to 24.8.The biomass of all materials was 1235.2-21439.3kg/hm~2,which was higher than the check except ICP14145 and ICPL20092.The 100-seed weight of all materials was 7.10-18.60g,and the water content of fresh branches was 71.14%-80.37%.Moreover,the tannin content,protein content and soluble sugar content of fresh branches varied from 0.44% to 3.54%.The results of correlation analysis indicated that the biomass of forage type pigeon pea was significantly and positively correlated with emergence rate,plant height and water content,and significantly and negatively correlated with tannin and protein content,and significantly and negatively correlated with 100-seed weight.Therefore,different priority selections should be considered for different characters in different purposes.High plant,small grain type and high emergence rate will be easy to get high yield,however,attention should be paid to the quality of branches.
