摘    要:探讨胚胎培养液中不同渗透压及山梨醇浓度对猪体外受精卵早期发育的影响。结果表明,用NaCl调节渗透压时,猪体外受精卵的囊胚率随着渗透压的升高而增加,当渗透压为320~335mOsm时囊胚率最高;而用山梨醇调节渗透压时,以1.8mg/mL山梨醇调节渗透压至270~285mOsm的效果较好;同一渗透压水平下,培养液中添加山梨醇与未添加的处理组间差异不显著。说明本研究条件下,适当提高胚胎培养液渗透压有利于猪体外受精卵的早期发育。

Abstract:In the study,the effects of different osmotic pressures and sorbitol concentrations in embryo culture medium on subsequent embryonic development of porcine oocytes in vitro fertilization were investigated and discussed.The results indicated that when osmotic pressure of embryo culture medium was adjusted by NaCl,the blastocyst rate of porcine oocytes in vitro fertilization was increased with the increase of osmotic pressure,and the blastocyst rate was the highest when osmotic pressure was 320-335 mOsm.It had a better effect on blastocyst rate with osmotic pressure 270-285 mOsm adjusted by 1.8mg/mL sorbitol.Under the same level of osmotic pressure,whether adding sorbitol in culture medium or not,there was no significant difference in blastocyst rate.Therefore,under this experiment condition,increasing the osmotic pressure of embryo culture medium would be suitable for the subsequent embryonic development of porcine oocytes in vitro fertilization.
