摘    要:为探讨花生高产化控栽培技术,对盆栽花生盛花初期叶面喷施不同浓度的NaHSO3溶液,结果表明:100mg/L、200mg/L、300mg/L NaHSO3处理均可提高叶片叶绿素含量和CAT活性,亚硫酸氢钠浓度越高,叶片叶绿素含量越高;100mg/L、200mg/LNaHSO3处理较利于提高叶片蛋白质含量,而300mg/L则使蛋白质有所下降;喷施NaHSO3后,所有处理叶片POD酶活性明显上升,但以100mg/L、200mg/L处理较高。此外,单株荚果数和饱果数、有效分枝数、单株分枝数以200mg/L处理最多,单株饱果率以100mg/L处理最佳。因此,总体上以200mg/L NaH-SO3浓度处理效果最好,有利于促进花生植株生理代谢过程,促进植株的生长发育。

Abstract:In order to establish chemical regulating cultivation technology for high yield of peanut,the leaves of potted peanut was sprayed with different concentrations of NaHSO3 at early flowering stage.The results showed that the content of chlorophyll and the activity of CAT in leaves were increased as treated with 100 mg/L,200mg/L and 300mg/L NaHSO3;with the increase of NaHSO3 concentration,the content of chlorophyll in leaves were increased.The protein content in leaves increased when treated with 100 mg/L and 200mg/L NaHSO3,respectively while decreased when treated with 300mg/L NaHSO3.After spraying NaHSO3,the POD activity in leaves of all the treatments were increased,but that of treatments 100 mg/L and 200mg/L NaHSO3 were higher.Moreover,pods and plump pods per plant,available branches and branches per plant of treatment 200mg/L NaHSO3 were the highest,and the ratio of plump pod of treatment 100mg/L NaHSO3 was the highest.Therefore,the effects of 200mg/L NaHSO3 on the physiological characteristics of peanut was better,and it was beneficial to improve the physiological metabolism process,growth and development of peanut.
