广西优质稻产业化开发现状及对策

总结了广西优质稻产业化开发的现状,指出广西优质稻产业化开发存在龙头企业的带动作用不明显、农业基础设施差、产业带起步晚、优质稻品种单一、市场体系和社会化服务体系不健全等问题。提出加强农业、科研和粮食部门的合作,提高各部门对优质稻产业化开发的积极性;发挥龙头企业的带动作用,实现产业化多元模式并存;研发优质专用稻米品种,实现优质品种多元化发展;提高稻米品质和综合利用水平,实现稻米及副产品复合增值;以科技创新推进优质稻产业化开发,把广西优质稻产业化开发不断推向新高度等对策。

Current situation and countermeasures on industrial development of rice with good grain quality

The present study summarized the current status of industrial development of rice with good grain quality,and explores the existing problems in industrial development such as absence of leading role of important enterprises,low quality of agricultural essential instruments,delayed initiation of industrialization zones,single rice variety,and imperfect socialization service system.So,the cooperation among agriculture department,research institution and food department（enterprise） should be strengthened to improve their programs on industrial development of rice with good grain quality.The leading role of important enterprises should be exercised to achieve coexisting industrialization multi-models.The special rice variety with good grain quality should be developed to ensure good grain quality production.The grain quality of rice and its comprehensive application should be enhanced to increase the output value of rice grain and its byproducts.The scientific and technological innovation should be applied to promote the industrial development of rice with good grain quality in Guangxi.
