木薯秆磷酸液化及其液化物树脂性能研究

摘    要:目的]研究木薯秆磷酸液化最佳工艺条件及其液化物树脂性能,为木薯秆的开发利用提供参考.方法]以苯酚为液化剂、磷酸为催化剂,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察液固比、催化剂添加量、液化温度、液化时间等因素对木薯秆液化反应的影响,并测定木薯秆液化物树脂的胶合性能.结果]木薯秆磷酸液化的最佳工艺条件为:液固比5∶1,催化剂添加量13%,液化温度165℃,液化时间130 min;在最佳工艺条件下,木薯秆液化率为90.54%.以木薯秆液化物树脂压制3层胶合板,其平均胶合强度为0.7392 MPa,符合国家标准GB/T 9846-2004对Ⅰ类胶合板的要求(≥0.7000MPa).结论]以木薯秆磷酸液化产物合成树脂制备酚醛树脂胶是可行性的.

Abstract:Objective]The optimal processing conditions for liquefaction of cassava stem under phosphoric acid and resin properties of liquefied products were studied to provide references for efficient utilization of cassava stem. Method]With phe- nol as liquefier and phosphoric acid as catalyst, the effects of phenol/cassava stem ratio, phosphoric acid concentration, tem- perature and time on liquefaction were investigated by single factor analysis and orthogonal experiment. Bonding strength of the resin of cassava stem liquefied product was measured. Result]The optimum processing parameters for liquefaction of cassava stem under phosphoric acid were phenol/cassava stem ratio of 5:1, phosphoric acid concentration of 13%, liquefaction temper- ature of 165 ℃ and liquefaction time of 130 min, under which the liquefaction yield reached 90.54%. The average bonding strength of the three-layer plywood prepared by resin, cassava stem liquefied product, was 0.7392 MPa, which conformed with the requirements of GB/T 9846-2004 for type I plywood (≥0.7000MPa). Conclusion]Synthetic resin, obtained from cassava stem liquefied product under phosphoric acid, can be used for preparing phenol formaldehyde resin.
