不同产地板蓝根中多糖及总氨基酸含量的分析比较

摘    要:【目的】分析比较6个代表性的不同产地板蓝根中多糖及总氨基酸含量,为板蓝根多指标质量评价体系的建立提供科学依据。【方法】采用蒽酮一硫酸比色法测定板蓝根中多糖含量,以精氨酸为对照品、茚三酮为显色剂的比色法测定板蓝根中总氨基酸含量,比较分析产地对板蓝根中多糖及总氨基酸含量的影响。【结果】同种板蓝根中的多糖及总氨基酸含量因产地不同而有明显差别,其中以河北产样品中的总多糖含量最高,为19.69%,其次为黑龙江省明水县板蓝根基地栽培品,为18.39%,山西产样品的总多糖含量最低,为15.91%;对于总氨基酸含量,最高的是江苏产样品,为7.17%,其次为黑龙江省明水县样品,为6.91%,最低的是山西产样品,为5.89%。【结论】不同产地或不同生长环境下同种板蓝根中多糖和总氨基酸含量均存在明显差异,且多糖含量差异较总氨基酸含量差异幅度稍大。

Abstract:Objective]The content of polysaccharide and total amino acids in indigowoad root derived from six different representative places of origin was researched and contrasted to provide scientific references for constructing a multiple indi- cator system for indigowoad root. Method]The content of polysaceharides was detected by anthrone-vitriol colorimetry method and the content of total amino acids was detected by colorimetry method with arginine as the control and ninhydrin as the color developing agent. Then the effect of origin on the content of polysaccharide and total amino was analyzed. Result] The results indicated that the content of polysaccharide and total amino acids was different in indigowoad root derived from different places of origin. The highest content of polysaccharide was indigowoad root derived from Hebei Province (19.69%) followed by Mingshui City in Heilongjian Province (18.39%). The lowest was derived from Shanxi Province (15.91%). For the total amino acids content, the highest sample was derived from Jiangsu Province (7.17%) followed by Mingshui City in Heilongjian Province (6.91%). The lowest was derived from Shanxi Province (5.89%). Conclusion]The analysis methods used in this research were simple, fast and reliable. The content of polysaceharide and total amino acids had obvious distinc- tion among the six samples derived from different places. Polysaceharide content differences were greater than those of total amino acids content.
