基于农产品地理标志的江西省农产品市场竞争力提升研究

摘    要:目的]系统分析江西省农产品地理标志发展概况及发展中存在的问题,为促进江西省农产品地理标志发展及提升农产品市场竞争力提供参考.方法]通过查找资料和实地调查分析江西省农产品地理标志的登记数量、排名位次、产品分类、地域分布等情况,并结合江西省发展农产品地理标志的优势,提出提升江西省农产品市场竞争力的发展对策.结果]截至2013年9月,江西省农产品地理标志共有99个,主要集中在蔬菜、水果和茶叶类(占48.48%),且农产品地理标志地域发展不平衡.在江西省农产品地理标志保护中尚存在农产品地理标志发掘不充分、农产品地理标志供销不均衡、农产品地理标志使用缺乏规范管理等问题.建议]加强对江西省农产品资源调查,深入了解符合地理标志注册条件的农产品资源的基本情况;强化区位优势,优化农产品地理标志市场营销策略;加大宣传力度,普及农产品地理标志保护意识;健全农产品地理标志的监督和检查机制,确保农产品地理标志产品健康发展,有效提升江西省农产品市场竞争力.

Abstract:Objective]Development situation and problem regarding geographical indications of agricultural products in Jiangxi Province were systematically analyzed to provide references for expanding development channels for geographical indi- cations of agricultural products and enhancing agriculture competitiveness in Jiangxi Province. Method] Taking the geograph- ical indications of agricultural products in Jiangxi Province as the objects of study, registration quantity, ranking, product classification, and geographical distribution of the geographical indications of agricultural products were analyzed through ma- terial and field investigation. Combining with the advantages of agricultural development in Jiangxi Province, development strategies for agriculture competitiveness in Jiangxi Province were proposed. Result]Up to September in 2013, there were 99 pieces of geographical indications of agricuhural products in Jiangxi Province, but the registration categories were mainly in vegetable, fruit and tea (48.48%), and geographical indications of agricultural products developed unevenly in different re- gions. The problems included insufficient development, supply and sale imbalance and lack of normative administration.Sug- gestion]In order to make the development of geographical indications of agricultural products the key of promoting the agricul- tural market competitiveness in Jiangxi, a number of suggestions should be adopted including more understanding of agricul- tural resources qualified for registering geographical indication, enhancing regional strength, optimizing marketing of geo- graphical indications of agricultural products, expanding promotion channels, spreading protection awareness of geographical indications of agricultural products and improving supervision and inspection mechanism.
