| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱-质谱仪对繁殖期雌陛江黄颡鱼卵巢、肝胰腺及肌肉的脂肪酸组成进行定性定量分析。结果表明，卵巢脂肪酸有21种、肝胰腺脂肪酸有19种、肌肉脂肪酸有18种，且三者脂肪酸含量有2个共同特点：（1）单不饱和脂肪酸（MUFA）含量〉饱和脂肪酸（SFA）含量〉多不饱和脂肪酸（PUFA）含量；（2）n=3系列脂肪酸与n=6系列脂肪酸的含量之比均大于1。SFA含量以卵巢最多，达（31．98±0．15）％；MUFA含量以肝胰腺最多，达（55．67±1．42）％；卵巢PUFA含量较肝胰腺高89．93％，其中C20：5n3、C22：6n3含量均以卵巢中最多，分别为（2．01±0．06）％和（11．95±0．17）％。因此，在雌性江黄颡鱼亲鱼的培育阶段，可以考虑投喂n=3系列脂肪酸含量较高的饲料，以提高亲鱼卵粒质量和鱼苗成活率。 |
