摘    要:【目的】用不同浓度及配比的植物生长调节剂对玫瑰香葡萄进行无核化处理,研究植物生长调节剂对玫瑰香葡萄无核化及果实品质的影响,为广西玫瑰香葡萄生产提供有效的无核化处理技术。【方法】以4种不同浓度、配比的植物生长调节剂赤霉素(GA3)、吡效隆(CPPU)、脱落酸(ABA)和氯毗脲(KT-30)对玫瑰香葡萄进行无核化处理,试验共设7个植物生长调节剂处理,以清水为对照。选取长势一致的花序,于花前2d对花穗进行第1次浸泡处理,15d后再浸泡一次。葡萄成熟后测定单果重、颗粒大小、果形指数、果实硬度、无核率、可溶性固形物含量等指标。【结果】7个植物生长调节剂处理均不同程度地提高了玫瑰香葡萄的无核率,其中以处理1的效果最好,果实无核率达86.0%;7个植物生长调节剂处理均能获得与常规有核栽培大小及品质基本一致的果实。【结论】生产上宜在玫瑰香葡萄开花前2d用20mg/LGA,处理花穗,15d后再用10mg/LGA,+2mg/LKT-30+10mg/LABA处理一次,能获得与常规有核栽培大小及品质基本一致的无核化果实。

Abstract:Objective]Effects of plant growth regulators on inducing seedless Muscat Hamburg grape were investigated to provide seedless processing technique for Muscat Hamburg grape production in Guangxi. Method]Seven different treatments of 4 different rations and concentrations of GA3, CPPU, ABA and KT30 were applied, with water as the control. Inflorescences with coincident growth were selected as experimental subjects randomly. First, spikes were immersed 2 days before flowering, and repeated 15 days later. After maturity, the single fruit weight, size, shape index, hardness, seedless percentage and total soluble solid were determined. Result]The seedless percentage was improved in all the seven treatments with the similar fruit size of the ordinary cultivated fruit. Treatment 1 produced the best fruit with seedless percentage of 86.0%. Conclusion]Seedless Muscat Hamburg grape can be induced by the plant growth regulators with different ratios and proportions. When the grape was first treated by GA3 (20 mg/L) two days before flowering, then treated by mixtures with GA3. KT-30 and ABA at levels of 10 rag/L, 2 mg/L and 10 rag/L, the seedless fruit with identical size of ordinary cultivated fruit could be obtained.
