三峡库区食用菌产业纵横发展整合路径研究

【目的】探讨三峡库区食用菌产业纵横发展整合路径，促进三峡库区食用菌产业发展，为库区农业产业结构战略性调整提供参考依据。【方法】通过调研分析三峡库区食用菌产业发展现状，同时根据产业整合文献，探索食用菌产业发展纵横整合路径。【结果】三峡库区食用菌产业发展仍处于初级阶段，食用菌上下游企业关联度较低，三峡库区食用菌产业发展需横向整合和适度的纵向整合。【结论】三峡库区食用菌产业应以“研究所＋公司＋合作社＋农户”、农超对接模式为依托，深化食用菌产业纵向利益关联，整合区内各地优质食用菌资源，形成优势互补、纵横延伸的区域食用菌^虬

Vertical and horizontal integration development model of edible fungi industrial chain in the Three Gorges Reservoir area

Objective ]A vertical and horizontal integration development model of edible fungi industrial chain in the Three Gorges Reservoir area was discussed to provide references for edible fungi industry development and strategic restructuring in this area. Method ] A vertical and horizontal integration development model of edible fungi industrial chain was studied based on the current status of edible fungi industrial chain and relevant industry literature. Result]Edible fungi industry development was in the primary stage in the Three Gorges Reservoir area. There lacked association between upstream and downstream enterprises. Therefore, a vertical and horizontal integration development model for edible fungi industry was required. Conclusion ]On the basis of the model ＂research institute ＋ company ＋ farmer cooperatives, farmers and supermarket linkage＂, longitudinal benefit association of edible fungi industry should be deepened. High quality edible fungus resources should be integrated to develop a advantage complementary regional edible fungi industrial chain vertically and horizontally.
