黄皮叶黄酮类化合物的抗氧化性研究

摘    要:【目的】研究黄皮叶黄酮类化合物的抗氧化性,为黄皮叶的开发利用提供参考依据。【方法】采用邻苯三酚自氧化法、水杨酸法和硫代硫酸钠滴定法,分别测定黄皮叶黄酮类化合物对超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基的清除率以及油脂的过氧化值,探讨黄皮叶黄酮类化合物的抗氧化性。【结果】黄皮叶黄酮类化合物对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的清除作用均呈正相关,当其浓度达0.12mg/mL时,对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的清除率均超过50.0%;黄皮叶黄酮类化合物对油脂的抗氧化性随着黄酮浓度的增加而增强。【结论】黄皮叶黄酮类化合物具有清除超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基的作用,同时具有良好的抗油脂氧化活性,开发利用市场前景广阔。

Abstract: Objective]The antioxidant activity of flavonoid extracts from C1ausena lansium leaves was studied so as to provide references for further development and utilization. Method ]The clearance effects on superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl radical as well as the peroxide values of lard were determined using pyrogallol autoxidation method, salicylic acid method and sodium thiosulfate titration in order to explore the antioxidant activity of flavonoid extracts from Clausena lansium leaves. Result ] The clearance effect of flavonoids from Clausena lansium leaves on superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl radical showed positive correlation. When the concentration was 0.12 mg/mL, all of the clearance effect was more than 50%. The anti oxidative activity of flavonoid extracts from Clausena lansium leaves on lard increased with the rising concentration. Conclusion]The flavonoids of Clausena lansium leaves had good ability to scavenge superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl radical, and exhibited good anti-oxidative activity on lard. Therefore, the flavonoids enjoyed a capacious market future.
