摘    要:目的]探讨广西大果油茶资源的遗传多样性及其亲缘关系,为其种质资源利用和品种选育等提供参考.方法]采用ISSR分子标记技术对13个大果油茶品种(系)的遗传与亲缘关系进行分析.结果]从99条ISSR引物中筛选出6条多态性引物,共扩增出56条带,其中54条为多态性带,多态性比例为95.2%,平均每个引物扩增的条带数为9.33条.供试大果油茶品种间的遗传相似系数范围为0.2222~0.7826,平均相对遗传相似系数为0.5293.UPGMA法聚类分析结果表明,供试的13个大果油茶品种(系)可分为3个类群.UPGMA法聚类分析结果表明供试的13个大果油茶品种(系)可分为3个类群.结论]13个广西大果油茶品种资源间的遗传基础较宽.

ISSR analysis on genetic relation among 13 species of Camellia crepnelliana Tutch.

Abstract: Objective ]The paper focused on assess the genetic variability and diversity of Camellia crepnelliana Tutch. to provide referenus for resource utilization and eultivar breeding. Method ]Genetic relation among 13 species of Camellia crepnelliana Tutch. was analyzed by inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) makers. Resuh]A total of 56 bands were de- tected using 6 ISSR primers, of which 54 were polymorphic, and the total percentage of polymorphic bands was 95.2%. The dissimilarity coefficient of the 13 Camellia crepnelliana Tutch. varieties ranged from 0.2222 to 0.7826 using the Nei and Li (1913) statistic method, with an average of 0.5293. Total of 13 Camellia crepnelliana Tutch. varieties were divided into 3 groups by UPGMA according to the average value of similarity coefficient. Conclusion]The genetic base of 13 Camellia crepnelliana Tuteh. varieties resources is wide.
