| 摘 要： | 对46份烟草品种资源进行抗南方根结线虫田间和盆栽鉴定。结果表明，46个烟草品种的根结指数在18．89-95．84之间，其中在盆栽和田间鉴定中均表现为中抗的品种有RG17、中烟14、K346、云烟2号、G-28、Coker86和云烟87，均表现为高感的品种有辽烟1号、中烟104、小花青、贵烟11号、大白筋599、中烟86、NC82、中烟103和中烟90，大部分材料为抗性和感病品种。 |

| Abstract: | The present study was conducted to identify the resistance against Meloidogyne incognita in 46 tobacco varieties using pot culture and field trials.The suspension of second instar larva was inoculated into the roots of 5 days old tomato seedlings cultured in pots.The resistance in different tobacco varieties in pots and under field conditions was identified at 60 and 100 days after inoculation,respectively.The root knot indices of 46 tobacco varieties ranged from 18.89 to 95.84.Seven tobacco varieties,viz.,... |
