优质稻“丝香1号”的选育及高产栽培技术

“丝香1号”是以从广东农业科学院引进的“丝苗香”为母本、性状优良株系“608号”为父本（西山香×桂99的选育株系）进行杂交，并经多年多代系统选育而成的感温型常规优质稻新品种。其特征特性表现为：生育期早造124d左右，晚造107d左右；综合农艺性状好，株型集散适中，每穗总粒数130．4粒，结实率82．0％，千粒重23．2g；适应性较广，易获得高产稳产，在2006～2007年区试中，产量为6401．10～6806．25kg／ha；米质优，整精米率、垩白粒率、胶稠度等5项指标达农业部部颁优质米一级标准；糙米率、透明度、垩白度等5项指标达二级标准。其高产栽培要求适时播种，培育壮秧；适时移栽，合理密植；科学调控水肥及防治病虫害。

Breeding for a new rice variety Sixiang 1 and high-yield cultivation techniques

Sixiang 1, a new thermo-sensitive conventional rice variety with good grain quality, bred by crossing between ＂Simiaoxiang＂ （female parent, introduced from Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences） and the rice strain ＂608＂ （male parent derived from XishanxiangxGui 99） after many generations of selective breeding process. Sixiang 1 is characterized by 124 days of growth duration for early rice and 107 days of growth duration for late rice, good comprehensive agronomic traits, moderate plant type, on an average about 130.4 total grains per panicle, 82.0 % of seed setting rate and 23.2 g of 1000-grain weight. The variety showed wide adaptability, stability and high yield qualities. The yield of Sixiang 1 ranged from 6401.10 to 6806.25 kg/ha in Guangxi regional trial during 2006-2007. Sixiang 1 showed good grain quality and its indices viz., head rice rate, chalky rice rate, gel consistency reached the first grade good grain quality rice standard set up by Ministry of Agriculture, and brown rice rate, transparency and chalkiness degree reached the second grade standard. The high yield cultivation techniques of Sixiang 1 were as follows： sowing time for early rice during the first ten-day of March and for the late rice during the first ten-day of July）, cuhivating strong seedling, timely transplanting （25 days of seedling age）, reasonable planting density （basic seedlings number for transplanting and throwing was 1.20-1.50×10^6/ha and 1.05-1.35×10^6/ha, respectively）, scientific application of fertilizer and irrigation and use of proper control measures of plant disease and insect pests to ensure the highest yield and income.
