浅析烤烟油分与烟叶质量的关系

摘    要:对不同油分档次的中上部烟叶的化学成分、物理特性和吸食质量进行分析,并统计不同油分档次的烟叶在“真龙”卷烟配方中的使用情况。结果表明:随油分档次提高,同部位烟叶的化学成分更趋于协调,物理特性趋于优良,吸食质量提高;随“真龙”卷烟吸食质量提高,油分“多”和“有”的烟叶使用比例增加,油分“稍有”的烟叶使用比例降低。研究结果可为卷烟工业进行烟叶生产、烟叶采购、烟叶分选以及合理使用烟叶原料等提供一定依据。

Abstract:The present study has been conducted in order to study the relationship between oil and quality of fluecured tobacco. The chemical components, physical characteristics and sense quality of mid-top leaves with different oil scales were analyzed and the usage of different oil leaves in "Zhenlong" cigarette formula were investigated. The results showed that the equally positioned leaves contained higher oil content, more soothing chemical components, better physical characteristics and higher sense quality. The usage percent of leaves with oil at relative high and mid levels was increased, while in the leaves at relative lower level, it was decreased but the"Zhenlong" cigarettes sense quality was better. The results provided references on production, purchase and screening of flue-cured tobacco leaf and proper utilization of leaf material.
