斑马鱼孵化期组织形态学研究

摘    要:为进一步了解斑马鱼孵化阶段的形态结构变化,采用活体观察与组织切片染色相结合的方法,对斑马鱼孵化期胚胎进行形态组织学观察。结果表明,斑马鱼运动器官"鳍芽"的伸长标志着胚胎孵化期的开始,此时可以清楚观察到胚体形态结构,如卵黄、头部、嗅基板、运动纤毛等;至胸鳍形成期,胚胎已经基本孵出卵膜,其内部器官形态发生已经基本形成,摄食器官口和运动器官、循环系统、感觉及其神经系统均进一步完善,为孵出后幼鱼的独立生存做好准备。

Abstract:In order to study the embryo morphogenesis of Zebra fish(Danio rerio) during hatching period,the morphological and anatomical histology of Zebra fish embryo during hatching period was investigated.The results showed that the fin elongation in Zebra fish marked the initiation of embryo hatching period,and the idiosome morphological structures,viz.,yolk,head,smell basal plate and motion cilium,etc.,can be seen clearly.When the embryo hatched out of oolemma,the morphogenesis of inner organs,and the formation of ingestion organ mouth,locomotive organ,aesthesis system and nervous system completed to prepare for the independent living of young fish after hatching.
