不同淮山药品种(种质)资源营养特性与聚类分析

摘    要:通过对不同淮山药品种(种质)的营养成分进行测定,并对结果进行相关与聚类分析,结果表明,蛋白质含量最高的是桂淮5号和GY2,分别为3.03%和2.69%;淀粉和总氨基酸含量最高的是GY2和GY62,分别为2976%、1.95%和27.9%、1.88%;总皂甙含量最高的是GY2和GY47,铁、锌、铜含量最高的是GY2.因此,GY2的综合营养品质较好.相关分析结果显示,不同营养品质成分之间具有相互促进关系:淀粉与总皂甙含量呈极显著正相关,脂肪与锌含量呈极显著正相关,可溶性总糖与锌、铁、铜含量均呈极显著正相关.通过聚类分析,可将不同淮山药品种(种质)分为总皂甙含量较高型、铁含量较高型、淀粉含量较高型、蛋白质氨基酸含量较高型等4大类,营养品质差异也可作为淮山药种质分类的依据之一.
