巴西糖业考察报告

巴西是世界上最大的糖和酒精生产国,其甘蔗生产集约化和机械化程度高,管理科学、环保,成本低;制糖企业规模大,自动化程度高,完全市场化经营管理,效益好。通过对巴西糖业的实地考察,结合广西的实际情况,建议广西的糖业在集约化生产、机械化应用、市场化经营管理、推广无公害生产以及燃料酒精生产等方面借鉴巴西的经验,以促进广西糖业的稳步发展。

Report on visiting sugar industry in Brazil

Brazil is the largest sugar and alcohol producer in the world.In Brazil,sugarcane production is in intensive management and high mechanization,scientific and environmental management with low cost.Sugar production is regulated by market.The sugar enterprises get good benefits through producing in a large scale with high automation level.It is suggested that intensive production,application of mechanization,management by market,extending the safe standard production and fuel alcohol production etc.should be adopted to promote the steady development of sugar industry in Guangxi.
