摘    要:目的]研究光合细菌对辣椒疫病的田间防治效果,为光合细菌应用于辣椒疫病防治提供科学依据和生防资源.方法]以3个光合细菌菌株PSBCS、PSB06和PSB 13-2-2为试材,以化学药剂50%烯酰吗啉可湿性粉剂为阳性对照,等量清水为阴性对照,采用田间小区试验,研究光合细菌菌剂对辣椒疫病的防治效果.结果]PSBCS、PSB06和PSB 13-2-2对辣椒疫病均具有一定的防治效果,其中PSB06用量为7500 mL/ha时对辣椒疫病的防治效果最好,相对防效达45.80%; PSB 13-2-2用量为3750 mL/ha时次之,相对防效为44.67%;两处理的相对防效均略低于50%烯酰吗啉可湿性粉剂处理(防效为54.83%),但差异均不显著.结论]光合细菌具有防控辣椒疫病的应用潜力.

Abstract:Objective]The prevention efficiency of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) against pepper phytophthora blight was investigated to provide scientific references and bio-control resources for using hotosynthetic bacteria in preventing and con- trolling pepper phytophthora blight. MethodlThe prevention efficiency of PSBCS, PSB06, PSB13-2-2, 50% dimethomorph WP (positive control) and equivalent water (negative control) to pepper phytophthora blight was tested by field plot experi- ment. Result]The prevention efficiency of PSB06 and PSB13-2-2 were 45.80% in dosage of 7500 mL/ha and 44.67% in dosage of 3750 mlJha, respectively. Both of them had no significant differences to the prevention efficiency (54.83%) of 50% dimethomorph WP. Conclusion]The photosynthetic bacteria had potential in bio-control of pepper phytophthora blight.
