艾叶、苍术在香蕉组培苗工厂化生产车间的空气消毒应用研究

摘    要:采用我国特有的中草药艾叶、苍术对香蕉组培生产培养车间进行空气熏蒸消毒灭菌试验。结果显示,艾叶用量为1.0~3.0g/m^3时的灭菌率为57.1%~59.5%,苍术用量为2.0g/m^3时的灭菌率为62.5%,消毒前后室内含菌量差异显著;艾叶对霉菌的灭杀效果比对细菌的好,而苍术对细菌的灭杀效果则优于对霉菌的效果;连续4年的生产应用证明,艾叶熏蒸消毒灭菌技术对香蕉组培苗工厂化生产的污染控制效果明显,4年中香蕉组培苗的污染率降低了60.9%。试验结果表明,艾叶、苍术熏蒸灭菌消毒技术是目前常用消毒方法理想的替代品,是植物组培生产中又一种新的空气熏蒸消毒技术。
