壳聚糖抑制植物病害的机制研究进展

摘    要:文章简要综述了壳聚糖的诱导抗病及抑菌机理,指出壳聚糖在离体条件下能诱导植物增强自身防御反应,产生广谱抗性,还能直接作用于病原微生物而抑制多种植物病原菌的生长,但壳聚糖诱导植物抗病的机理研究还存在诱抗信号在细胞间的传递路径不明、壳聚糖对于不同微生物的抑制作用机理是否相同等问题,需进一步研究解决。

Abstract:This article reviewed the inducing resistance to disease and antibacterial mechanism of chitosan,and it pointed out that chitosan can induce plant to strengthen self-defence reaction under in vitro condition and produce resistance,and can inhibit the growth of many plant pathogens for direct action on pathogenic micro-organisms.
