贵港市返乡农民工现状及再就业对策

文章运用农民工输入地调查、农户抽样调查及农业部门统计调查相结合的方法，对贵港市返乡农民工的现状和存在问题进行了分析，提出加强领导，搞好指导服务；加大宣传，鼓励返乡农民工就业创业；打造承接产业转移示范基地，增加返乡农民工就业岗位；加强政策引导和支持，营造良好的发展环境，促进返乡农民工创业；提高返乡农民工培训质量，增强返乡农民工的就业、创业技能；发展农业集约式劳动密集型产业，增强吸纳劳动力的能力等对策。
