摘    要:为建立操作方便、廉价易行的花生化控技术,以桂花17为材料,6~7叶期分别进行叶面喷淋试验:①缩节胺DPC200mg·L^-1②NaHSO3 200mg·L^-1③复合剂S(DPC200mg·L^-1+NaHSO3 200mg·L^-1)。结果表明:复合剂S对花生个体形态建成的调控效果较好,可以促成根壮、株矮、枝多的丰产结构;各处理组均可提高花生叶片叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量;DPC和NaHSO3的加成效应使得复合剂S比CK增产29.7%。DPC能显著增加花生仁的脂肪含量,NaHSO3则显著增加蛋白质的含量,复合剂S可使两者者陧著增加,其中蛋白质含量增加2.43%(绝对值),脂肪含量增加0.20%(绝对值)。

Abstract:The present study has been conducted to provide an easy, cheap and convenient chemical regulation method for peanuts. Variety Guihua 17 was used as experimental material with these treatments, viz., (i) 200 mg/L DPC, ( ii )200 mg/L NariSO3, and (iii) a combination of both i.e., 200mg.L DPC+200mg/L NaHSO3-S. A control (CK) were also maintained where H2O has been applied. The results revealed that all these treatments had good regulation over peanut morphogenesis as shown by production of more roots, dwarf plant with more branches and high yield of peanuts. All the treatments increased chlorophyll and protein content in leaves. Application of S, resulted in 29.7% increase in yield compared with control and also resulted in 0.20%(relative value) increase in fat content and 2.43%(relative value) increase in protein content, while DPC and NariSO3 treatments, alone resulted in increase in fat content and increase in protein content, respectively.
