论建高水平特色大学条件下学报发展路径的创新

随着高水平特色大学建设目标的确立,学报要继续发挥学校教学科研的学术导向和学校科学发展的支撑作用,也必须相应探索新的发展路径。学报联系高校实际从办刊理念创新开始,抓住机遇,转变观念;内容结构的创新,既要保持特色凸现优势,又要注重反映本校教学、科研和管理的成果;办刊形式的创新,延伸编辑功能;编辑主体的创新,只有创新的知识结构才能领略创新的理论;编辑手段的创新,要充分用好互联网,加强与作者读者的联系;保障机制的创新,建立优秀论文成长的机制、探索编校质量考核机制和完善学报与教学科研的互动机制等。学报要在学校发展中,把学报办成高水平有特色的刊物,促进学校的科学发展。
