舟山鮸鱼群体遗传多样性的AFLP研究

摘    要:利用AFLP分子标记技术对舟山近海海域野生亲代和人工繁育子一代(F1)的2个鮸鱼(Miichthysmiiuy)群体遗传多样性进行分析研究。结果表明:8对选择性引物在2个群体60个个体中,共扩增出505条清晰条带,其中多态片段为369条,总的多态位点比例为73.07%。亲代和F12个群体的多态位点数,多态位点比率,Nei’s遗传多样性指数和Shannon信息多样性指数分别为367、349、72.51%、68.86%、0.422 2、0.4139。两群体内遗传相似系数亲代为0.987 6,子代为0.971 5。鮸鱼亲代群体的Nei’s遗传多样性指数、遗传相似度和Shannon信息多样性指数比子代群体的都要高。群体间的遗传相似系数和遗传距离分别为0.979 6、0.020 6;基因分化系数Gst为0.022 3,群体间无显著遗传分化;经分子方差(AMOVA)分析,结果表明97.78%的遗传变异来源于群体内个体间,群体间无显著遗传变异。
