西南大西洋阿根廷滑柔鱼资源开发策略研究

摘    要:阿根廷滑柔鱼是重要的经济头足类之一,主要分布在西南大西洋海域,是中国大陆及台湾地区等鱿鱼钓船重要的捕捞种类之一。本研究综合考虑生物、经济、社会3个目标着手探讨西南大西洋阿根廷滑柔鱼资源可持续利用的最适方案。以2001-2010年中国大陆、中国台湾省及福克兰群岛鱿钓生产统计数据为基础,利用Gordon-Schaefer生物经济模型对西南大西洋阿根廷滑柔鱼南部巴塔哥尼亚种群资源进行分析,模拟了13种捕捞策略下短期(1-5年)、中期(10年)、长期(20年)的资源开发结果。研究认为,方案8、方案11时的捕捞策略,捕捞努力量分别为30.14万船次、30.75万船次,既不会对阿根廷滑柔鱼资源构成较大威胁,同时又兼顾到社会效益和经济效益,可作为西南大西洋阿根廷滑柔鱼南部巴塔哥尼亚种群资源管理的最适方案。

Abstract:Illex argentinus which is mainly distributed in the southwest Atlantic Ocean, is one of the important economic cephalopod in the world, also is China"s mainland and Taiwan squid fishing vessel one of the important types of fishing. Its development has been much attention to resource utilization. Therefore, this study considering biological, economic, social three goals set out to explore the southwest Atlantic Illexargentinus resources sustainable utilization of the optimum scheme. Papers in 2001-2010 Chinese mainland, Taiwan province of China and the falklands squid fishing production statistical data as the foundation, with Gordon - Schaefer biological economic model of southwest Atlantic Illex argentinus populations in southern Patagonia resources optimal allocation were analyzed, and the simulation of 13 kinds of fishing strategy short (1-5 years), medium (10 years) and long-term (20 years) resource configuration optimization results. Studies suggest that plan 8, 11 when fishing strategy, quantity of fishing efforts 301400 times, 307500 times, respectively neither bigger threat to Argentina and smooth soft fish resources, at the same time, both to the social benefit and economic benefit. Plan 8, 11 can be used as a optimal solution that southwest Atlantic Illex argentinus populations in southern Patagonia resource management.
