真空回潮机微机控制系统的软件设计

真空回潮机是卷烟厂烟丝生产线上的一台重要主机，对真空回潮加工过程和加工参数进行实时有效的控制，对改善卷烟质量和提高卷烟厂的经济效益具有重要的作用。本文针对真空回潮机现有控制系统中存在的问题，提出了采用微机直接进行控制的方法，并在Windows平台上开发出了真空回潮机控制系统软件，以实现过程控制的完全自动化、可视化、并提供了友好的用户界面，使用户能根据实际情况调查工艺及参数。本文详细介绍了该系统的软件设计部分。

The software design on control system of vacuum humidifying machine

Vacuum humidifying machine is an important mainframe in the line of the production of smoke shell. It is very important of improving the quality of tobacco and raising the profits of cigarette factories to control effectively the process of manufacture and production parameters. For the problem of control system on vacuum humidifying machine, the method of adopting computer direct control is put forward and its software is developed on windows platform. The software makes course control automatic thoroughly and viewable, providing users a friendly interface which can make it convenient to adjust manufacture engineering and parameters according to actual situation. The software of the control system and its design are described in detail in this paper.
