| 摘 要： | 油菜种业是食用油产业链上游关键链条,对食用油安全起到至关重要的作用。概述了我国油菜种业发展现状,分析了我国油菜种业目前存在跨国种业集团的严峻挑战、育繁推严重脱节、企业商业化育种落后、种子生产保障能力不强、种子生产基础设施设备薄弱等问题,并从政策、机制、投入等方面提出了相应对策建议,以期为油菜种子生产和推广奠定基础。
