| 摘 要： | 通过我国政府财政对农业投资规模与结构的实证分析，提出了进一步加强财政对农业投资，加速农业和农村发展的政策建议：继续加大对农业基础设施建设、农业科研教育与技术推广、质量标准与市场信息等服务体系建设的支持力度，改善生产条件，提高农业综合生产力；采取积极措施调整农业生产结构，支持农业现代化发展；实施区域援助计计划，对受灾或贫困地区农业进行大力扶持；结合国家开发战略，实施环保农业，改善农业生态环境。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the scale and structure of financial investment to agriculture were analyzed,and some countermeasures are given to promote agriculture economic development: continue to enlarge the investment on agricultural infrastructure,education and technology extension,quality standardization and information services system construction to improve the production conditions and agricultural(comprehensive) ability;Adjust agriculture production structure aggressively,support the agriculture modernization development;Implement assistant plan to support the agriculture on poverty area or the area be hit by a natural calamity.;Combine national developing strategy and implement environmental friendly agriculture to improve agricultural producing conditions. |
