无损检测技术及其在果品质量安全检测中的应用

摘    要:无损检测技术是近年来发展起来的高科技检测技术,广泛应用于农产品质量安全分析领域。本文综述了近红外光谱检测技术、高光谱成像技术、X射线检测技术、激光诱导荧光技术和生物传感器法等主要无损检测技术的进展及其在果品农药残留、重金属污染、微生物污染及病害等品质安全检测中的应用情况,并对其前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Nondestructive testing technology is a high tech detection technology developed in recent years, and it has been widely used in the field of quality and safety analysis of agricultural products. This paper reviews the progresses made in main nondestructive testing technologies, such as near infrared spectroscopy, hyper spectral imaging, X ray technology, laser induced fluorescence and biosensors; and their applications in fruit quality and safety detection as pesticide residue, heavy metal contents, microbial contamination, insects and diseases. At last, the paper prospects the future of nondestructive testing technology.
