| 摘 要： | 棉籽油是我国棉花主产区居民主要的食用植物油之一，随着油脂加工工艺的快速发展，棉籽油消费量快速增长。阐述了我国食用棉籽油生产、消费、棉酚脱毒以及质量安全状况，提出正确、科学认识棉籽油食用价值，安全食用棉籽油，对提高我国食用植物油自给率，保障植物油消费安全和人民群众身体健康具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Cotton seed oil is one of the major edible vegetable oils in China, especially in the main cotton producing areas. With the rapid development of oil processing technology, the consumption of cotton seed oil has increased swiftly. This paper expounded the production, consumption, detoxification of gossypol and quality safety status of edible cotton seed oil in China. The paper also put forward the important significances in correctly understanding the edible value of cotton seed oil, safely consuming cotton seed oil, steadily increasing its self sufficient rate, ensuring the safety of consuming vegetable oils, and guaranteeing consumers health in China. |
