利血平分子印迹聚合物在饲料检测中的应用

摘    要:以获得的利血平(Reserpine,RES)分子印迹聚合物为填料,制备出分子印迹固相萃取小柱,对饲料中的利血平进行富集、纯化;结合高效液相色谱法,建立了基于分子印迹技术的检测饲料中利血平的新方法,灵敏度达0.05μg/g,回收率达80%以上,可应用于实际检测。

Abstract:The obtained molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) against reserpine (RES) was used as solid phase extraction adsorbents for enrichment and purification of reserpine in feed. Combined with regular HPLC analysis, the new method for reserpine determination based on molecularly imprinted polymers technology was developed, with sensitivity of 0. 05 μg/g, and recovery rate above 80%. This new method can be applied in practice.
